FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in well completion (during its preparation for operation) for tapping of producing formation. SUBSTANCE: device includes a hollow body with radial holes for fluid circulation. Said holes are overlapped with hollow shear pins protruding inside the body. A filter is located outside of the device body and forms a circular cavity together with the device body. The body is made with length or with longitudinal rigidity at which a sag with the body in horizontal position with rest on its ends does not exceed 0.08 m. Radial holes in region of the body central cross-section are absent or made in quantity less than in the body periphery cross-section. Each radial hole has a circular bore from the body outside. It forms supporting circular area in the body wall. The sealing ring is located on said circular area. Each hollow shear pin has an external circular bead for supporting area on the side opposite to its sheared part. It deforms the sealing ring and is rigidly secured in the body radial hole. EFFECT: higher efficiency of tapping of producing formation due to provision of full-value well flushing through casing shoe owing to increased sealing ability of hollow shear pins. 3 cl, 2 dwg
