FIELD: hydraulic aggregates and systems of aircraft and missile technique, other industry branches. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing with cylindrical cavity having diameter D1 and axially symmetrical duct normally crossing said cavity. Shut-off organ in the form of cylindrical slide contacts with said cavity along its whole outer surface. Shut-off organ is placed in cavity with possibility of reciprocation motion by value H in direction normal relative to axis of axially symmetrical duct for closing axially symmetrical duct at one of its extreme position and for providing communication of separated (by cavity) portions of axially symmetrical duct at its other extreme position by means of by-pass opening with diameter D. Drive rod joined with shut-off organ is mounted with possibility of motion parallel relative to shut-off organ by value h. Axis of cylindrical slide crosses axis of by-pass opening. Axis of by-pass opening is parallel relative to axis of axially symmetrical duct. Radial sealing is placed in groove on cylindrical surface of one portion of axially symmetrical duct. Slide has additional opening with diameter D parallel relative to by-pass opening. Axis of said opening is spaced by distance H from axis of by-pass opening and it crosses axis of slide. Cylindrical ram is placed in additional opening and it contacts by its whole outer surface with surface of opening. Said ram is mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion relative to additional opening. Slide also includes coaxial with it cylindrical opening between additional opening and nearest end of slide. Ram has through groove whose walls are parallel relative to axis of slide. Drive rod is placed in cylindrical opening and in groove. Pin with diameter d is stationary mounted in rod normally relative to axes of ram and rod. In lateral walls of groove there are mutually parallel slits having width d, rounded edges and dimensions z, x along rod axis and ram axis respectively. Said slits are inclined by angle α relative to axis of ram. Slits may embrace ends of pin protruded from rod. Groove with radial sealing in it is made on cylindrical surface with diameter D nearest to mostly spaced (from by-pass opening) edges of slits of portion of axially symmetrical duct. Distal (from axis of cavity) groove end is spaced from said axis by distance S. End of ram mostly spaced from nearest (to by-pass opening) edges of slits by value L is provided with inlet chamfer having length f and minimum diameter D0. Slide is provided with member fixing its annular position relative to cylindrical cavity. EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability of apparatus. 1 dwg
