FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: channel shutoff device relates to machine building hydraulics and can be used in aircraft and rocket engineering, as well as in other engineering fields. Device includes housing with blind cylindrical cavity and perpendicular to cross its cylindrical channel. In the cavity there is a slide installed with two parallel holes. In one hole there is a cylindrical plunger equipped with one end of the lead-in chamfer, and actuating shaft. Actuating shaft is rigidly mounted in the plunger perpendicular to its axis, and slider between adjacent to the inlet opening of the cylindrical cavity hole and end face of the slider is a through slot, actuating shaft passes through the slot.
EFFECT: reduced forces of operation, reduced wear and increased service life.
