FIELD: applying of hose lining onto inner surface of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying onto surface of reinforcing envelope thermoplastic layer rigidly joined with reinforcing envelope being inner surface of said envelope and contacting with inner envelope; introducing to pipeline coaxially arranged outside pipeline outer film three-layer envelope, reinforcing envelope and inner hose three-layer film envelope. Inner hose three-layer film envelope has mutually joined first outer layer containing polyamide 6 capable to be released from said envelope; second intermediate layer containing polyamide 12 or polyamide-base polymeric adhesive; and third inner layer containing as thermoplastic polymeric material mixture of polyethylene with polypropylene. Compressed air with pressure (0.1-0.3)at and heat transfer agent with pressure (0.1-0.6)at are fed to cavity of inner envelope subjected to heat treatment at temperature (80-100)C. Then hose is cooled at rate (10-20)C/hour and inner envelope is removed. Applied coating includes concentrically arranged outer envelope and reinforcing envelope impregnated with setting binder. Inner surface of reinforcing envelope is thermoplastic layer rigidly secured to reinforcing envelope and having lateral edges joined with lateral edges of envelope. EFFECT: enhanced quality of lining. 10 cl, 2 dwg
