FIELD: construction engineering; erection and repair of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: coat applied on internal surface of pipe line has two coaxial tubular film envelopes on base of thermoplastic polymer material: external envelope adjoins inner surface of pipe line and internal envelope is separated from it by means of coaxial main reinforcing layer impregnated in hardened polymer binder. Internal envelope is formed by multi-component homogeneous system containing at least one polymer selected from group of thermal polymers having relative elongation no less than 200 % and melting point below 100 C and structural modifier of selected polymer; envelope together with layer is open in at least one area along axis of coat; their open edges are tightly interconnected and this envelope forms monolithic structure.
