FIELD: medicine, narcology. SUBSTANCE: in case of opium narcomania it is suggested to apply Myelopide as an immunomodulator to be intramuscularly injected at 2-6 mg dosage every other day for 4-6 d. During this period of time Relanium at 60-80 mg/d dosage, Phenosapam at 6-8 mg/d, Sonapax at 200-300 mg/d and Tramal at 600-800 mg/d are, also, injected intramuscularly. As a hypnotic preparation it is additionally injected Reladorm at 1-2 tab/d dosage. In case of pronounced insomniac disorders Thysercine is additionally injected at 50 mg/d dosage along with Cordiamine at 500 mg intramuscularly.
