FIELD: oil industry, extraction of oil from wells which products contain solid particles with use pump set. SUBSTANCE: process includes pumping- out of liquid by pump to surface and magnetic treatment of liquid. Liquid is treated beneath point of pump intake and above it. Magnetic separation of solid particles from liquid above pump, in hole clearance of well while well is brought to operating condition. After it magnetic separation of solid particles from liquid is carries out beneath point of pump intake. Liquid flow with solid particles is divided into two flows as minimum beforehand. One portion of flows is treated with magnetic field and the other one is not treated. Then flows are integrated in single flow and integrated flow is again divided at least into two flows. Operations of division and integration are repeated more than once. Positions of portions of flow treated and untreated by magnetic field are changed in space. Submersible pump set has pump with magnetic devices. One device is located beneath point of pump intake and the other device is placed above it. Magnetic devices come in the form of lower and upper magnetic separators. They includes flow dividers with through branch-pipes connected in series and connecting vessels. Magnetic inserts are installed in one part of through branch pipes of flow dividers and another part of branch pipes has no magnetic inserts. At least in two flow dividers of each magnetic separator magnetic inserts are mounted for change of their relative positions in portions of flows treated and untreated by magnetic field. Upper magnetic separator is set in hole clearance of well. EFFECT: expanded functional potential and application field due to employment of magnetic separation of solid particles from liquid in process of oil extraction with use of pump. 6 cl, 3 dwg
