FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of bioflavonoid complex "Siblareks" and a method of its preparing. The composition comprises, %: dihydroquercetin, 87-95; dihydrokaempferol, 3.5-9.5; naringenin, 0.5-1.3; eriodictiol, 0.9-2.1; pinocembrin, 0.04-0.1. Fir wood is milled to the size 1-5 mm and treated with 5-fold volume of 96.6% ethyl alcohol at 50-60 C for 30-60 min. Extract is filtered, propylene glycol is added to extract and ethyl alcohol is distilled off. 5% solution of NaCl is added to a residue and passed through a polyamide sorbent followed by washing out, drying and elution of bioflavonoid complex with ethyl alcohol.
