FIELD: food and perfume industry. SUBSTANCE: composition of bioflavonoid complex for foodstuff and perfume articles comprises dihydroquercetin, dihydrokaempferol, naringenin, eriodictyol, pinocembrin taken in the definite ratio of components. Method of preparing involves treatment of larch wood with 5-fold amount of 96.6% ethyl alcohol being before treatment wood is ground to size 1-5 mm. Then extraction is carried out at 50-60 C for 30-60 min at constant stirring up to the end product preparing. Obtained extract is filtered, propylene glycol is added to filtrate, ethyl alcohol is distilled off from the obtained mixture, 5% sodium chloride solution is added to the obtained mixture, mixture is stirred and filtered. The obtained filtrate is passed through polyamide sorbent to precipitate a bioflavonoid complex, sorbent is washed out with distilled water and diluted solution of ethyl alcohol an aqueous solution. Then sorbent is dried and bioflavonoid complex is eluted from its. Method provides purification of bioflavonoid complex from concomitant and foreign impurities.
