SUBSTANCE: device is arranged in ship's fore bulb; it includes vertical inlet passages 1 and horizontal outlet passages 3 located symmetrically relative to ship's CL and interconnected by means of swivel elbows 2. At pitching, incoming flow of water enters passages 1 and escapes from passages 3, thus imparting thrust force (T) due to reaction of escaping jet.
