FIELD: shipbuilding; design of ecologically pure vessels which may be held at one point of water basin due to hydroaerodynamic forces in case of swell and wind. SUBSTANCE: vessel is provided with controllable hydrofoils which create thrust in swell and swivel sails arranged on either side; centers of lateral pressure of these sails are located in one transverse plane with center of lateral pressure of hydrodynamic rudder. Sails may be made rigid and may be provided with drives for turning them about mast axis. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
