FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical processing equipment and it can be used at sealing of flasks filled with liquid medicines by means of aluminium caps. Proposed device has upsetting head 1 with pusher 2 and upsetting member 3 installed in head for vertical displacement by means of movable handle 4. Device has fixed handle 5 and support post 9. they are vertically installed on periphery of end face surface of upsetting head 1, opposite to each other. Movable handle 4 is secured on axle 8 of support post 9 and is made up of two flanges 6 and 7 in its lower part. Flange 6 engages with pusher 2, and flange 7 fixes extreme left-hand position.
