FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has sluice wheel installed for rotation and furnished with sluice chambers over periphery opened outside. Wheel is furnished with grips set into operation directly by containers and/or indirectly by control device. Grips temporarily fix containers in sluice chambers in suspended position without supporting from bottom and without contact with chamber walls.
