SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel form of S-omeprazole that is an inhibitor of proton pump, i. e. it shows efficiency in inhibition of secretion of gastric acid and can be used as an antiulcer agent. Invention describes S-omeprazole magnesium salt trihydrate. Also, invention discloses methods of its preparing, an intermediate product for its preparing, a pharmaceutical composition containing thereof and showing an inhibitory effect on secretion of gastric acid and method of treatment of states associated with gastric acid.
