FIELD: composites. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at developing high-strength composites based on fibrous fillers and epoxide binders, which can be used mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, and so on. Binder contains, wt. %: triglycidyl derivative of p-aminophenol, 12.8-15.0; polyglycidyl derivative of low-molecular phenol-formaldehyde novolac, 19.0-23.0; diphenylolpropane/epichlorohydrin (trademark Diaplast) interaction product, 0.6- 3.0; 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfon (hardener), 10.0-16.0; mixture of isopropyl alcohol, 17.2-23.0; and acetone, 25.8-34.6. Prepreg is prepared by combining 30-42% binder and 58-70% fibrous filler. Prepreg is further molded to give product. Said invention allows manufacturing products with complex configuration and double curvature using adhesive-free technology.
