FIELD: polymeric adhesives.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite glue materials or glue prepregs based on glass and carbon fillers and epoxide composition, which can be used for manufacturing glued structures, including honeycomb panels and assemblies characterized by ordinary and complex curvature, for use in aerospace engineering, motor-car construction, shipbuilding, and other industries. Composition comprises (i) epoxide 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol resin or its mixture with one or several epoxide resins selected from group including: N,N-tetraglycidyl derivative of 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, polyglycidyl derivative of low-molecular phenol-formaldehyde novolac, and triglycidyl derivative of p-aminophenol, (ii) as hardener, dicyanodiamide and polyarylsulfone with terminal hydroxyl groups having molecular weight 25000-45000 and showing vitrification temperature 190-260оС, which is product of nucleophilic polycondensation of bis(haloaryl)sulfones with bisphenols. Prepreg contains epoxide glue composition and fibrous filler, in particular glass or carbon fabrics or tapes. Product is manufactured from above-indicated prepreg. Composites possess elevated strength on interlayer shift, elevated crack resistance, elevated strength of glue joints upon smooth detachment of boarding from honeycomb filler, and also elevated and prolonged fatigue strength, which is necessary in cases wherein gluing with honeycomb filler and formation of the bordering are fulfilled in one process cycle.

EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of glue composition.
