FIELD: civil engineering, in particular, methods for erection of piles foundations for buildings and structures on grounds of sagging type II. SUBSTANCE: method consists in formation of water-absorbing cavities and their filling with draining material. The novelty is in the fact that each pile has a longitudinal cavity with side holes and is closed from the bottom, the piles proper are placed in water-absorbing cavities with leaving gaps between the pile shaft and the walls of the water- absorbing cavities compressed to depth h1,, which is determined by calculation, and the gaps are filled with draining material to the elevation of the bottom of the compression member, water is fed to the ground and through the pile cavities to the water-absorbing cavities maintaining its constant level until the depression surface reaches the ground level, then the water supply to the ground and to the water-absorbing surfaces is stopped, water is removed, after that the wetting cycles are repeated until the daily nominal stabilization of saggings is attained, and at stabilization of saggings the devices for removal of water are extracted from the cavities, and the water-absorbing cavities are filled with solidifying material. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of erection of the piles foundation, including compression of the sagged ground, and enhanced bearing capacity of piles. 6 cl, 5 dwg
