METHOD OF AND EQUIPMENT FOR UNLOADING DRAGLINE BUCKET Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: earth-moving equipment. SUBSTANCE: unloading of dragline bucket, according to proposed method, is carried out by turning the bucket in vertical plane over place where bucket is to be unloaded by manipulating with wire ropes connecting bucket with corresponding winches. Manipulation with wire ropes should provide immovability of bucket dipper lip in process of unloading, and bucket should be turned relative to immovable dipper lip. Dragline working equipment includes boom bucket with gear, pulling winch with drum and pulling wire rope connected with bucket, unloading wire rope connected with bucket and lifting wire rope connected with bucket gear. Unloading wire rope is passed through running block connected with drive power hydraulic cylinder. Pulling winch drum is of two section design with detachable connection of sections. Pulling wire rope is connected with first section of two-section drum, and unloading wire rope is connected with conical second section of drum being fastened to bucket gear at place of connection of lifting wire rope. Drive of power hydraulic cylinder has high-pressure and low-pressure circuits and change- over device for circuits. Conical section of drum has additional independent drive. Drive of power hydraulic cylinder is provided with pneumohydraulic accumulators. EFFECT: improved efficiency of dragline in operation. 4 cl, 1 dwg
