FIELD: civil engineering; earth-moving machines. SUBSTANCE: device has a rotatable platform, a boom, a bucket, ropes of hoisting winch and ropes of pull winch, elevation and traversing units, inclined guides and a loading unit. The inclined guides are sectional, being composed of fixed lower part and movable upper part pivotally connected with its upper end to an upright of the rotatable platform to be able to make rotation for taking vertical position by means of a drive. The loading unit has a power-operated hopper and a loading boom rotatable in vertical plane by means of hydraulic jacks rotatable in horizontal plane relative to a hinged rest thrusting against a row of supporting and driving rollers engageable with an arch rail on a rotatable platform. EFFECT: combined operations of scooping and loading without rotating the boom; extended service life of the supporting and rotating device due to impactless selective unloading of the bucket over the surface of the platform of a transporting vehicle. 4 dwg
