FIELD: electrical engineering; transformer manufacture. SUBSTANCE: current-limiting-reactor has winding made of wire turns disposed in rows perpendicular to winding axes and isolated by means of opposing insulating gaskets to form vertical columns; novelty is that gaskets are provided with slots accommodating wire turns and gaskets forming respective columns are secured in butt-end areas by means of bracing members and rigidly fixed on inner and outer surfaces with aid of spacer members. EFFECT: enhanced mechanical strength and operating reliability due to more reliable fastening of winding. 3 dwg
