FIELD: business transactions. SUBSTANCE: business transaction system has client stations and service provider station. System is operated inside building or in other equipment wherein service provider station is mounted in safe room. Audio and video communications are established between client at client stations and service provider at provider station. Articles are exchanged between clients and service provider by means of data media transmitted over air tube system. Video material submitting device includes viewing or other video material shown on displays disposed in client stations. Video material is submitted to clients when client's terminal does not support communications with service provider terminal. Client stations are easily assembled and change their configuration in business transaction equipment.
