SUBSTANCE: product includes concentrated syrup prepared by isomerization of lactose into lactulose in amount of 1.0-18 mas. % from total mass of composition, or powder prepared by condensation of concentrated syrup with the following drying in amount of 0.11-7.7 mas. % from total mass of composition. Proposed method of preparing confectionery products excludes introduction of an anticrystallizer in them.
