SUBSTANCE: device is manufactured from polyvinyl chloride plastizole, dioctyl pthalate and polyethylsiloxane fluid taken in 30-50:60-30:10-20 mass proportion, respectively. Cross-linking temperature is from 25-30 C to 210-215 C, heat time is 30-40 min at 210-215 C with gradual temperature reduction to 25-30 C during 50-60 min.
