MULTIROPE LIFTING SET Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: lifting facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting and transportation devices such as inclined lifting devices of quarry dump trucks and it can be used also in canal lifts. Proposed multirope liftings set has driving sheaves coaxially installed in pairs and coaxially installed deflecting sheaves, said sheaves being mounted on axles with bearings. Set has also lifting vehicle and counterweight interconnected by hauling ropes passed over driving and deflecting sheaves. Set has more than one counterweights. Deflecting sheaves are installed in pairs, and hauling ropes are passed over all said sheaves forming upper and lower runs. Said separate counterweights are connected with lower runs of hauling ropes, and lifting vehicle is connected with upper runs of these ropes. Long side of lifting vehicle is arranged square to axis of its movement. Vehicle is mounted on three rolling supports installed at edges and in the middle.
