SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises two inclined tracks with trolleys fitted thereat and coupled by haulage member running around the drive pulley of a steel rope to accommodate the loaded and emptied tippers at said trolleys. Trolley supports for tippers are provided with lateral limiters fitted perpendicular to lengthwise axes of tracks. Top parts of the tracks are located above the pit wall surface while inclined sections adjoining the trolleys bearing surfaces are located nearby top sections of both tracks at pit wall.
EFFECT: lower capital and operating costs at device construction and operation.
