FIELD: hydrometallurgy of rare metals. SUBSTANCE: method of rhenium desorption includes contacting of sorbent with organic extracting agent. Contacting is conducted with liquid-solid phase ratio of (0.05-0.5):1 and sorbent obtained after contacting is treated with solution of ammonia or hydrogen sulfide in nonaqueous solvent with solution-sorbent volume ratio of (3-6): 1 and temperature of 10-25 C. Method makes it possible to simplify hydrometallurgical process of rhenium recovery due to elimination of concentration at stage of sorbent regeneration. In so doing, possibility of contamination of produced product with impurities dissolved in reextracting aqueous solution is prevented, and reagents consumption and volumes of solutions after conduction of all regeneration operations are reduced that results in reduction of amount of sewage waters. With use of nonaqueous solvent saturated with gaseous reagents as desorbing solution, possibility of separation of formed mixture of substances by means of distillation and their recirculation are evident. Processing of mother liquor formed in process is also simplified due to low solubility of falling crystals of rhenium compounds in nonaqueous solvents under selected temperature conditions. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
