FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: 30 d after operation the blood content of lymphocytes and availability of their activated forms should be detected. If the content of lymphocytes corresponds to 23-31% and their activated forms are absent the process of allotransplant rearrangement is considered to be normal and it is possible to conclude on a possibility to start a dosed loading. If the blood content of lymphocytes corresponds to 32% or more and activated forms of lymphocytes are available the process of osseouscartilaginous allotransplant rearrangement is considered to be delayed and a dosed loading should not be prescribed. EFFECT: higher efficiency to prescribe a dosed loading upon an operated limb at earlier terms after operation due to higher accuracy in evaluating the rearrangement of an osseous-cartilaginous allotransplant. 1 tbl
