FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting raw material through doser into casing forming mold made in the form of half the confectionery product casing; molding and uniformly distributing raw material over mold surface by means of cooled punch; releasing casing halves from mold and connecting them into hollow product. Molding operation includes decorative fragment molding operation. To do that, dosed portion of decorative fragment is fed into mold before injection operation. Raw material is molded and cooled, with following injection of raw material for forming casing over injected raw material. Method further involves feeding raw material into the same mold after cooling for forming inner casing over two outer layers of casing; molding and cooling. Method allows confectionery product with cavity inside and smooth outer casing decorated with arbitrary graphical picture to be prepared.
