SUBSTANCE: confectionery product has at least two enclosures put together for defining hollow confectionery product. Enclosures are detachably placed into one of at least two thin-walled similar mold halves. Each of mold halves has substantially similar upper flat edge portion defining separating surface, across which mold halves are joined with one another so that said edge portions are arranged in juxtaposed state to define closed hollow mold casing. Said casing embraces hollow confectionery product formed from enclosures to define detachable bowl-shaped outer package.
EFFECT: reduced losses of product and decreased production cost.
