FIELD: medicine, in particular, physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reservoir containing medicinal solution, bath connected through pipelines to reservoir, and bath water level sensor and medicinal solution level sensor for detecting medicinal solution level in reservoir. Reservoir is arranged at higher level than bath. Bath and reservoir are connected through cold and hot water pipelines and through medicinal solution pipeline. One ends of pipelines are made in the form of perforated mixers located in reservoir and other ends are dipped into bath. Branch pipes for supplying different liquids are connected between said pipelines. Reservoir is equipped with discharge pipe formed as perforated mixer located in bath. Mixer perforations have different area, which is increasing in mixing zone from head to tail end of pipeline. Apparatus is further provided with valves for controlled supplying of cold and hot water and medicinal solution to reservoir and bath, respectively. Valves are equipped with temperature sensors. Apparatus is used for conducting balneotherapeutic procedures using mineral water supplied immediately from mineral water sources, in particular, contrast baths, for treating cardiovascular diseases. EFFECT: increased efficiency by regulating mineral substance composition and/or temperature of medicinal solution by stepped dosed supplying thereof from reservoir into bath and uniform mixing of solution in reservoir and bath. 2 cl, 1 dwg
