FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transcutaneously introducing 2 to 3 control wires into the femur neck under X-ray picture control. Two of them are selected as the most accurately directed into the femur neck, and the third wire from the earlier introduced ones is removed. Scalpel provided with cannula is introduced along each of the wires for dissecting soft tissues to the bone level. Then the scalpel is removed and guide with bushing for separating soft tissues to the bone level is fitted on the wire. The bushing is taken away in tightly holding the guide with a hand. Bushing for supporting the drill is mounted on the wire and a canal is drilled in the bone. The drill with bushing is taken off and a bushing for holding rod is mounted on the wire and the rod is screwed in into the bone using the wire as a guiding member. The guide is removed. Two rods are introduced into the femur diaphysis below the fracture level without X-ray picture control applied. Apparatus with floating rod holders is mounted on every rod. 2 rods screwed into the femur head are rigidly fixed in the apparatus. Fractured bone fragments reposition is carried out under X-ray picture control in the mounted external fixation apparatus having floating rod holders. 2 remaining diaphyseal rods are rigidly fixed. EFFECT: provided rigid fixation conditions. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
