FIELD: medicine, resuscitation. SUBSTANCE: erythrocytapheresis is conducted at the rate of 5 ml/kg patient's body weight with subsequent compensation of mass volume by using perfluorane hemoglobin-free oxygen-carrier at the dosage of 10 ml/kg patient's body weight. The present method prevents disorders of blood oxygen-transporting function caused by erythrocytapheresis operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex, 2 tbl
