FIELD: medicine, resuscitation, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with prophylaxis and treatment of hepatic failure after operations on liver accompanied with acute massive hemorrhage. Solutions are introduced due to their volumetric coefficients, in particular: erythrocytic mass at 0.8 coefficient, freshly frozen plasma 0.86, 10%-albumin solution 1.47, 5%-glucose solution 0.3, by keeping the difference of absolute values of colloid-oncotic and average-capillary pressure being above 0, central venous pressure - at the level of not more than 50 mm water column and heparin at starting dosage of 100 U/kg, in future heparin should be introduced due to coagulogram's values by keeping total time for blood coagulation for not more than 10 min, fibrinogen concentration of 3.5 g/l, prothrombin time of 18 sec, prothrombin index of 65%, protein concentration of not less than 56 g/l.
