FIELD: fertilizer production. SUBSTANCE: lignin is mixed with ammonium nitrate and sulfuric acid. Mix is stirred for 30 to 60 min and then phosphorus- and potassium-containing components, calcium carbonate, magnesium salts, trace minerals, and growth regulator are added, the total is granulated and dried. Novelty consists in that, as phosphorus-containing component, apatite is taken and added to mix in amounts necessary to achieve in a product a nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio 1.3- 1.7, pH of the mix being 6.5-8. Neutralization is carried out using calcium carbonate until pH 6.5-8 is attained. Calcium salt is added to achieve N/K ratio in finished product 1: (1.8-2.2). EFFECT: improved fertilization efficiency in growth of vegetables and industrial crops. 2 cl, 3 ex
