Method is carried out by mixing synthetic cis-1,4-isoprene rubber, low pressure polypropylene, zinc oxide, stearic acid, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzthiazolylsulfeneamide, sulfur, antioxidant in melt being tire crumb devulcanized rubber is added to the melt additionally.
