FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular to the production of rubber compounds used for the manufacture of products for various purposes, including the manufacture of railroad and rail and sleeper pads-shock absorbers. Rubber mixture for pads of rail fasteners contains, pts. wt.: styrene butadiene rubber with a styrene content of 25–30 wt. % – 60.0, isoprene rubber – 40.0, ultrathene – 1.0–6.0, trans-polynorbornene – 20.0–25.0, sulfur – 1.5–1.8, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzthiazolyl-sulfenamide – 1.8–2.0, N,N’dithiodimorpholine – 1.4–1.6, zinc oxide – 3.0–5.0, stearic acid –1.0, naphtham-2 – 1.8–2.0, N-isopropyl-N’-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine – 1.8–2.0, wax ZV-P – 1.0–1.5, kaolin – 35.0–40.0, carbon black P 514 – 20.0–25.0, carbon black N 220 – 25.0–30.0, I-20A industrial oil – 20.0–25.0, dibutyl phthalate – 9.5–12.5, Sibplast petroleum resin – 1.0–2.0, hepsol-HKP – 0.8–1.0, garnet microsphere – 3.0–4.0, N-nitrosodiphenylamine – 1.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the resistance to abrasion and the effects of aggressive media, to reduce the residual deformation of compression, to increase the elasticity and frost resistance, which increases the service life of pads.
