SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved bitumen-based materials for use in manufacture of road pavement and roofing waterproofing coatings. Composition is prepared from bitumen with softening temperature 60-110 C, %: lube fraction selective treatment extract, 19-40; and polymer-modifier, 1-12; prepared by thermal copolymerization of C8-C9 fraction and synthetic butadiene rubber (weight ratio from 80:20 to 95:5) or C8-C9 fraction, synthetic butadiene rubber, and sulfur (weight ratio from 83.5 : 15 : 1.5 to 94.5 : 5 : 0.5).
