FIELD: civil engineering, applicable in bridge spans. SUBSTANCE: metal truss joint consists of segments welded to which are branch pipes by butt welds for fastening of cross stages, struts and members of the lower chord. The segments are welded by butt welds to a rim, welded to which are disks by corner welds. A branch pipe for attachment of the members of the roadway is welded to one of the two disks by a butt weld. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety in service of the metal truss joint. 3 dwg
