FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: heating boiler has shielded combustion chamber and convective unit. Pipe rows of front shield are formed arced with bending angle of 90+ α, and inclined parts of these pipes define front first combined floor shield of combustion chamber. Pipe rows of rear shield are also formed arced, and differ in that they have bending angle of 90- α, and their inclined parts define second combined floor shield of combustion chamber. Upper parts of pipe rows at right-hand and left-hand side shields of combustion chamber are formed arced to define longitudinal semispherical space. Convective unit is composed of double-row front and rear U-shaped pipe sections connected in series and double-rows front and rear flow reversing collectors arranged so that one pipe section runs around other pipe section together with respective collector. Front upper double-row flow reversing collector is connected via pipe row to rear horizontal collector. Front and rear horizontal collectors are made in the form of large-diameter cylinders, whose ends are plugged with flanges. L-shaped angular members of convective unit are welded to flanges. Lower ends of said pipes are connected to right-hand and left-hand intermediate collectors. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 6 cl, 9 dwg
