FIELD: water heating in thermal engineering.

SUBSTANCE: water heater has furnace chamber incorporating five waterwalls of which two ones are side waterwalls and three remaining ones are double-radiation structures with vertical tubes dividing chamber into four compartments; it also has roof waterwall and convective unit disposed in gas flue and separated from furnace chamber by means of partition. The latter is made in the form of waterwall having right- and left-hand headers intercommunicating through horizontal tubes. Upper part of left-hand vertical header is hermetically joined with upper header of roof waterwall and its lower part, with upper header of left-hand side waterwall. Right-hand vertical header is plugged at ends.

EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption, enhanced efficiency.
