SUBSTANCE: predetermined gain characteristic between received electric signal Sr and acoustic signals depending on direction (θ) wherefrom mentioned acoustic signals arrive at two acoustical- electrical transducers 1, 2 spaced apart are shaped so that repeated relatively delayed signal (A10) is found from output signals of transducers and in compliance with assumed transducer delay. In the process one (S1) out of output signals is filtered off so that transient characteristic of filtration is controlled depending on relatively delayed signal (A12).
