SUBSTANCE: device has hollow tubular casing from flexible material with open proximal end for introducing penis, flange matching perimeter of the proximal end and closed distal end of dome shape. The device also has ring-shaped means which diameter is less than casing diameter enveloping the external surface of the casing building ring-shape protrusion on the internal surface making contact with penis surface. Proximal and distal portions are formed in this way in the casing cavity communicating through air duct to the unit supporting pressure difference in these parts.
