FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine. A condom contains an elastic tubular cover with double-layer walls - internal and external - of variable section to form with formation of the convex areas arranged inside of the internal wall. The internal and external walls are interfaced by flexible elements. At tip, the tubular cover is provided by an elastic cone-shaped channel that joins atmosphere and internal cavity of the tubular cover. The bottom of said cone-shaped channel goes beyond the overall dimensions along the length of the tubular cover. In tip face, the internal wall is supplied by a sperm-receiving capacity. In the bottom face of the cover, the condom has a flexible tube with foot valve that connects the cavity between the internal and external walls and a supply device for gas, gel, liquid or liquid-gas mixture of variable pressure and temperature.

EFFECT: condom allows compensating the difference in anthropometrical genitals sizes.
