FIELD: ion- exchange purification plants; water treatment processes. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has at least one ion- exchange filter, collectors for inlet of water to be treated and discharge of purified water which are connected to each filter through respective shut-off fittings; two discharge collectors are provided with shut-off fittings at their outlet and are connected to upper and lower distributing units of each filter; plant is also provided with sources of flushing water and regenerating solution with supply mains. Flushing water supply main is connected via shut-off fittings to inlets of two discharge collectors and to regenerating solution supply main. Outlets of discharge collectors are connected to mains supplying used flows for neutralization. Discharge collector connected to lower distributing unit of each filter is provided with drainage pipe line equipped with shut-off fittings. EFFECT: possibility of performing reliable monitoring of plant and environment control through high-quality neutralization of waste regenerating solutions. 3 cl, 1 dwg
