FIELD: equipment for production of concrete mixes. SUBSTANCE: device has a barrel, flexible working member in the form of steel rope installed in the barrel, and drive. Device has also a bed with hinge and a hydraulic cylinder. The barrel is enclosed in a water-heating chamber and installed on the bed for turning in a vertical plane. With both ends the flexible working member is secured in thrust bearings for rotation. The working member length is larger than a distance between thrust bearings installed on barrel ends.
