FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: recombinant protein Asp-pallidipin is bound by peptide bond with Asp by N-end of pallidipin. Recombinant protein is able to inhibit collagen- induced aggregation of mammalian platelets. Protein is prepared by culturing Escherichia coli strain transformed with vector comprising DNA that encodes Asp-pallidipin. Protein is purified by chromatography methods. Invention ensures to obtain a medicinal agent used for treatment of atherosclerotic or thrombotic diseases and cancer with metastatic tumor cells. Invention can be used for preparing an inhibitor of collagen- induced aggregation of platelets in mammals. EFFECT: improved method of production, valuable medicinal properties. 11 cl, 3tbl, 6 ex
