SUBSTANCE: the cathode for a plasmoelectrolytic reactor has a cylindrical section of refractory material and a rod section inserted in a dielectric rod with a male thread. The cylindrical section has symmetrical holes and a conical recess from below. The rod section is made of refractory material. The cathode has an axial hole connecting its cylindrical and rod sections. The dielectric rod is conical at the top. EFFECT: enhanced service life. 1 dwg
