FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method may be used in restoring well production rate reduced due to adhesion to tubing walls of asphalt-resinous-paraffin accumulations. Method includes lowering of heating device on cable into well down to surface of accumulations; filling of well with fluid; moving of heating device through asphalt-resinous-paraffin accumulations under gravity. Fluid is pumped through heating device in direction of place of accumulations with fluid circulation in circuit inside and outside of heating device for heat withdrawal from heater. Upper part of device for realization of invention has pipe suspended from load-carrying cable. Located on pipe is heater supplied with power through load-carrying cable. Pump outlet is connected with upper edge of pipe. Pump is supplied with power load-carrying cable. Fluid is circulated with variable head and use of impact effect of fluid jet. Invention makes it possible to use fluid circulation and high-power heater and kinetic energy of fluid jet for washing-out of accumulations and delivery of maximum value of produced heat to asphalt-resinous-paraffin accumulations.
