FIELD: tunneling equipment, particularly, tunneling machines for driving of horizontal and inclined mine workings. SUBSTANCE: tunneling and stoping machine has boom-like actuating member, body in the form of airtight oil-tank with turning turret having turning ring for turning round turret; hydraulic system with pump station; turning hydraulic cylinders whose bodies are installed on machine body; control station, and running gear with supporting members hinged to front and rear parts of machine for their moving by hydraulic cylinders and made of two parts - internal and external ones for moving of external part relative to inner part with the help of hydraulic jacks. Turret has hydraulic jack stop and bandage rigidly connected to it and having a hole. Installed on bandage with the help of intermediate members made in the form of sectors with slots is turning ring hinged to rods of turning hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic jack stop has hydraulic jack and stop connected with hydraulic jack and installed on external surface of turret bandage for introduction of stop into bandage hole and slots of intermediate member for locking of turret and turning ring relative to each other.
