FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in decrease of unbalance of rotor in process of its balancing with use of substances displaying initial property of fluidity and partially filling balancing space of rotor in the capacity of balance mass. Impenetrable hollow chamber is placed in balancing space. Specific volumetric density of chamber is less than density of balance masses. Then balancing space is completely filled up with balance masses. In this case overloads of rotor bearings under non-stationary conditions of its rotation diminish.
